So, that's week 8 in the bag!! Very chuffed. W9R1 will be taking place on Wednesday. With any luck, I'll be aiming for my graduate badge on Sunday!!
Next run though, I will make sure my bluetooth headphones are charged before I start. Completing the last half of the run on a treadmill with nothing to distract or motivate me is not something I want to repeat!! The minutes just seemed that wee bit longer................
