I have just done w3, r2, and stamina wise, I’m managing really well, but my distance is less each run, is this something that everyone experiences?

I think maybe you are going too fast, slow down your runs a little, stretch before and be well hydrated by drinking plenty of water the day before you run.

You are active for less minutes in week 3 than you were in wks 1 and 2 which is probably why you are covering less distance 🙂
Don't worry about distance until after you have graduated and consolidated for a few weeks. It's all about getting you running for 30 minutes

Welcome to the snail club... slower running is the best way to do this, so don’t worry about pace... in few months you’ll be overtaking snails, maybe even slipstreaming a tortoise 😂

I remember asking this question once upon time. Slow down pace will come. I've only ever managed the 5k just under 30mins once. The thing I look at the most is that I've completed it. You can always challenge yourself once you've completed the app. PB times and all
The only time you need to worry about your pace is if you set off too quickly and can't keep going. If that happens you just need to slow down. Slow is good when you are building stamina. There were days where I swear I was more slug like than snail like, but I got there.
Well done on your progress so far. You are obviously doing it just right!
