At the end of the run, Laura says try going faster....I have my pace, which is very slow, so I’m not messing with it. But I did add another minute at the end in preparation of Week 8. WEEK 8! I can’t believe I’ve done 7 weeks. I am starting to think about “life after C25K.” Am I right, that there is information about the next step? I really want to do a 5K, but at my pace that is about an hour (I think). So to I just do longer and longer runs. I know I’m jumping the gun, perhaps I just need to focus on doing the next two weeks.

Well done, you. Nearly there. There is a pinned post about Post-C25K running, which is really helpful. You’ll get sent a link when you finish W9, but there’s no reason not to read ahead! Also, I’m sure you’ll get lots of interesting answers/options here. I’m a recent grad & slow runner and it’s taken a while to find my best way forward, but the process has been interesting. I started by continuing with 3 x 30 minute runs a week, just to set the habit; worked well for me. 😊👍
