I posted earlier in the week that I’d finally got past my nemesis of W3R2 and this morning I did run 3. I hadn’t felt I was getting any better but today I did. Maybe psychological. I’m a bit nervous about the 5min runs coming up next week but also looking forward to them. Does it matter if C25K is completed in one perfect line or in a round the houses way (as mine is becoming)..... I don’t think so!

Well done on completing week 3 of C25K, as far as the 5 minute runs of week 4, just take them slowly, perhaps a little slower than you ran week 3.
Its up to you where you run, round houses, a park, a quiet street but not along a main road, if nothing else running along a main road is dangerous and you are breathing hard enough with fumes getting into your lungs😁😪😂. Onwards and upwards to week 4 😊🏃
