Just finished W9R1 and I cant believe it. A couple of months ago I had to have three goes at W1 because I just couldn’t run that far and now.......... I have never in my entire life been able to run for 30 mins before, and now I not only know that I can run that far, but I know that if I keep going I can go further. Blimey - who knows what I can do now! Thanks C25K, you’ve helped to change my life.
