That’s a great question ! I’m my husband’s carer and the mum of 2 autistic kids, so in my case I HAVE to go home, even when I’d rather stay out 😄
I can see why you run for a bit of freedom ‘Me Time’ BK. I have a friend who has an autistic daughter and he does the same . ❤️
I also have 2 autistic children. That’s why I started this health kick journey so I can stay strong mentally and physically. I’m so pleased I took up the C25K as it really helps me to clear my head x
Food, a soak in the hot tub, and more food
The sofa! i run immediately i get home from work and enjoy a flop on the sofa with a cuppa before i get going on evening chores. Unfortunately the chores sometimes go by the wayside!
Ice cold drink and a sit down.
Though at the moment it's the thought of what havoc my puppy will have inflicted on the house while I was out!
Bed!!!! I run quite late in the week due to work so it’s my unwind time. Run. Home. Shower. Bed 🛌
I run when I come home from work, so I usually plan a tasty dinner to think about when I'm struggling in the last 10 minutes of my run. For Thursday's run I've planned ahead to have a piece of the delicious moussaka I made at the weekend!
I am a big foodie so food is always on my mind so when I’m walking back home from my run I think about what I will cook up! Xx
I just love the sense of achievement I feel afterwards ☺️
