Week 7 run 1

Got to half way and my knee seemed to sort of give way, stopped for a mo carried on and it went again

Any advice welcome

I looked into this too as had troubles with my knees. Firstly maybe take an extra rest day before next run. Secondly if you haven’t already it’s good to get a gait analysis test at a running shop and be fitted for trainers that are right for you. Maybe you need more shock absorbent trainers. Also, could you run on a softer surface for a bit, like grass? Finally I found taking shorter steps and landing in the middle of my feet helped. Hope this helps. Good luck!
