Hello, am currently on week 8. I’ve started the program at least 5 times in the past couple of years and never made it past week 1. I’ve been trying to figure out what was different this time and the only thing I can think was that I had a free trial of Spotify so was able to make playlists that really motivate me.....bit of prodigy etc helped me no end 😂 Good luck!

That was kind of my plan I hoped to attract attention from someone else on the same week to keep me on track !

Just graduated myself after starting for the fourth time! Actually it’s one of the silver linings of lockdown that I could actually concentrate on the one thing at a time! Keep going - trust the program- I really does work!
