Tonight me and the dog competed week 6 run 2. I had a few too many days between runs so I forced myself out, just as the rain came, we got drenched! I quite like a bit of rain whilst I'm running, stops my face from going purple! Week 6 is tough I think, but I'm not stopping now, I will make it to the end and I will keep it up once I've graduated!

Well done for keeping at it. I’m a run behind you and looking forward to hearing how your w6r3 goes. I must admit to also liking the rain, just as well in the uk eh!
Absolutely!! 💦☔️
It's nice to have someone at the same sort of stage, how are you finding it? When are you doing run 2?
Run 2 tomorrow (Wednesday) Once I got through the pain of building my knees & glutes up I’ve been enjoying it. 5:3 was not as bad as I was anticipating but I have the fear over 6:3! I am genuinely amazed that I am running at all as this is something I’ve never been able to do - C25K witchcraft. How about you?
I had the fear for 5:3 and have actually found this week harder?! I go through ups and downs of loving it but am so determined that this will be my new thing!
I have ran a little in the past, but with a beginner's group and slowly but surely went from nothing to 8 miles! But I was younger, lighter and fitter then!
Since then I've had a knee op and aged about 10 years, as well as gained probably about 2 stone!
