Laura tells me, tip week 2 to land on my heel to avoid injury. How to run correctly, on the NHS site suggests I should land mid foot and never on the heel. Having previously had an ankle stress fracture I want to get it right. Strong advise elsewhere is to land on forefoot. What should I do?

Short answer, avoid heel striking, I don't know why they haven't changed that.
