What a difference a day makes! I tried unsuccessfully to start Week 4 on Saturday and it was not a success - got cramp and had to stop which left me feeling really deflated. Left another day’s break and tried again this morning and I can’t quite believe it but I managed to run for 16 mins in total. And for the first time my Fitbit actually recognised it as a run 😂 Feeling great 🎉

Huge well done you... a good warm up and some non impact exercise for those legs, on some rest days is going to help as the runs get longer too!

Well done! I did w4r1 yesterday, I was dreading the 5 mins run but I really enjoyed it, even did an extra 3 mins at the end totalling 19 mins and extended the cool down, felt exhilarated afterwards but my legs ached in the evening😆 We can do this 👍🏻
