Week 8 didn't go so well for me last week- my runs were all lunchtime from work, I was tired and not well enough hydrated. I had to keep stopping to walk for a few minutes each run. Started again this morning- I prefer morning runs and like circuiting the sports pitch near home and I did it! So w8r1 completed. Hoping to do one lunchtime and 2 morning home runs by the end of next weekend. Feel like I've broken my psychological barrier now and trying to be positive about finishing week 8.
