Trip down memory lane

I had to miss Parkrun yesterday so decided to do a consolidation run and switched on Laura’s coaching on Week 9:3. Quite nostalgic!

It wasn’t easy but I note I’m covering 500m more than last time in December. Another 3 months and I might actually get to 5km in 30 minutes!!

To get to 5K in 30 mins is, for me, a complete fantasy... but then again it was 'impossible' to run for more than just 1 minute a few weeks ago, and I'm now doing 25 mins.... so well done on your extra half km - that's just great. And way to go for your 5K in 30 in summer... !

I think "Make Haste Slowly" has to be the slogan for most of us.
