Had one of my most beautiful mornings yet for my W9R3! Can’t quite believe it. Started after a 35 year gap as a runner, had to repeat the odd week through the winter but with this wonderful group, the wise tips and posts and family encouragement I’m there. Thank you.

I hope my story will encourage others to put on some good running shoes and give it a go, after 90 sec of running at one stage I really thought that was me done, so today is truly fabulous!
