Rocked up to my local parkrun this morning to discover it had been cancelled 🙁! Schoolboy error not checking the website before I left! Since I was there anyway and I wanted to get going on the ju-ju plan, I went for a quick 5k. Just squeezed it in under the 30 mins which was very pleasing 🙂!

Pity the official Parkrun was cancelled today Cfc55, that is a excellent time for you of just under 30 minutes, many people here on C25K can only dream about getting a sub 30 minute 5k. 😊
