I haven't posted in a week, so I thought I'd share week 7 with you now.
I found the first run quite tough but I started using my fitbit app to track my distance and time. Ice increased my distance on every run and today... I did 4k in 25 mins with a run rate of 6 mins 26seconds per k, I'm very happy with that.
Week 8 next week and I'm really up for it.
