I'm new to Cochrane, AB and would love to meet fellow C25K runners close to me who might want to run together. There seem to be no end of very challenging hills in these foothills of the Canadian Rockies, and maybe some day we'll be running up and down them, but for now, I'd be happy to run around a park somewhere.

This plan will take you slowly and steadily to running for 30 minutes after nine weeks.
Slow and steady is the mantra and hopefully you may find some other forum friends who are running in your area.. and you will be able to do some hill running together
