Middle aged newbie saying hello

Managed to do C25k week 9, run 1 , puffing and panting my way round Kidlington. I've really enjoyed the training plan, so two more runs to do before week 9 is over.

I'll keep it up though.

Looking forward to my badge and will be pleased to recommend the plan to anyone who will listen.
