Did week 2 run 3 today and i slowed down the pace and got through it easier. Trouble with headphones so did a extra 90 second run at the end.

Looking forward to the week 3 challenges. 3 mins of non stop running, me, never. Lets just see.

Great job. You can go 3 minutes at a time for sure... especially with good pace management like today. Enjoy week 3... you can do this... keep beating the challenge, make the impossible 30 minutes at the end of this plan merely challenging and then kick its ass too.

I’m planning my week 2 run 3 for tomorrow but week 3 has me a bit scared as I’m very new to running. Will be interesting to see if slowing down the pace helps you

Hey you are not alone. I’m starting my W3R1 later this morning and I’m nervous about it. The advice on here is to take one run at a time and so far it is working. I am enjoying the programme so much I hope I can keep the momentum going 😊 I wish you luck and look forward to supporting your journey x
