Well that run could've got better. I hated everything about it apart from the 2nd 90 second run where I really got into the groove of it. I'm also annoyed at myself because I forgot to record my run with the app that I use too! I now have slight earache because of the wind but I'm proud of myself for pushing through and completing the run. Hopefully my next run on Saturday will be better...
