So that’s 6 more runs than I’ve done in over 10 years. I’ve really begun to feel comfortable with the running now and have seemed to find my pace. Bought some decent trainers from decathlon and they have made a massive difference.
I feel so much better and alongside a better diet I’ve now lost 3KG which I’m proud of. My target is to get down to 100KG so 5KG to go.

Well done on your weight loss and your runs! I’ve just completed W2 R3 too. Found that I’ve generally wanted to eat better and have had more energy. Found the runs ok, repeated W1 just to get myself used to being a bit more active. Here’s to week 3... Any advice/motivation you have, please share!
