Well done.............but why oh why refer to the most empowering run of the programme as dreaded?
I'm not dreading it, I'm looking forward to it but it was reading other people's posts prior to them running R3. I'm excited about it, already planning my running outfit and music!
It's been a great experience, I'm loving every minute of C2K5..
