I was a little concerned about the big jump from week 3 to week 4, but today I ran for 16 minutes!!!!! I can hardly believe it!!! Bring on the rest of the week ! πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΏβ€β™€οΈThis Girl Can!

You most certainly can! I'm on Week 4 too (having dropped back a couple of weeks due to absence). I have a mantra that I repeat to myself in time with my running. "I can do this". Surprisingly it does actually help when all those voices crowd in doubting myself.
