Eating and how long to wait ..

Hi I came home ravenous have eaten my food and it was a big meal how long should I wait to do my run please

I usually wait about 2 to 3hours after a big meal, less chance off getting a stitch 😊

60 to 90 mins for me. If I have a run planned I don’t eat a big meal 🙂

If you can do yr run before yr meal it’s better for your body, as you will burn off the fat reserves (not sure if the biology but I read it somewhere). Also you can then relax after the run and have a nice meal. But obviously if you are really hungry then have a small snack before you go - like half a banana or something. Anyway hope yr run goes okay tonight !
