I've just started week 1! I've completed before, about 2 years ago but didn't keep the running up. I'm closer to 60 than 50 but I'm determined to get fitter. I'm not weighing myself- it's just about being fit! Looking forward to my next run. Bye for now☺

I have just completed my first run today. It was hard work but I feel good for it! Hopefully I can keep it up. How did you get on the last time you did it, did it work? 😊
