I’m glad I’m not the only person who worried about this! ... I decided the same thing SlowLoris wrote. I know what my running feels like, even if someone watching might think I’m doing fast walking! Now I’ve been running for a few months I’ve definitely increased my pace and now there’s no question whether my feet both are off the ground. I’m enjoying it too much to worry now. I hope you’re enjoying the C25K journey too!
