I’m slightly obsessed with this business of both feet being off the ground at the same time, albeit for a nanosecond. I mean does this happen automatically? I can’t tell & I’d have to video myself to know whether I was doing it...

I’m glad I’m not the only person who worried about this! ... I decided the same thing SlowLoris wrote. I know what my running feels like, even if someone watching might think I’m doing fast walking! Now I’ve been running for a few months I’ve definitely increased my pace and now there’s no question whether my feet both are off the ground. I’m enjoying it too much to worry now. I hope you’re enjoying the C25K journey too!

I think I'll tape someone running on the telly - the athletics or something and slow it down, then at least I'll know what it looks like. I mean, I agree with both of you, and I think it probably happens automatically but - visual learner - I need a look at it!
