Think I need some cooler running gear!

After a two week running break (bad back followed by a week away with work) I ran yesterday.

Was a bit apprehensive having not run for so long, but I got another park run PB of 33:25 so maybe the break helped!

I’m still determined to graduate from C25K, but I’ve only got 5 runs of that left 🥳

Anyway... the main reason for my post is, now the weather is warming up, I’m getting too hot when I run. Any tips for how to keep cool? Or will shorts and T-shirts do the job?

Layers is best, if you are comfortable in shorts then go for it, it has to be hot, hot for me to bring out my shorts,😀. Well done on your Pb. Rfc x
