Well despite being a creature of habit and love rituals and routines - one has to be flexible too - given I fly out on holiday on Friday I had to only have one rest day so that I can still do three runs before Friday.
Clocks going forward meant my body clock hasn’t caught up yet therefor I was up super early and did my NHS strength and flexibility week 5 podcast - that’s on repeat nowadays as I can’t find anything better. Then off I went at 6.30am for my very first consolidation run - it was so lovely the sun was coming up the birds were waking up and the best bit was no people,
