Japanese slow Jogging

Just looked at the video about slow jogging and found that it is EXACTLY what I have been doing since being encouraged to 'run slower'... W1 R2!

I ended up doing it instinctively! from the posture, small steps, correct part of the foot ... the slow slow speed ... everything! I'm clearly part Japanese!

Tomorrow... I try to do my first 25 mins.... (slowly... but it will still be 25 mins)

The speed matters not a jot at this point - slow and steady is absolutely where it's at . You've got a whole lifetime of running to work on speed, if you want to, once your body is accustomed to running. :)

All the best for the rest of the programme - you will be graduating before you know it!
