Urgh - I’m so cross that I’ve had to abandon a run for the first time. Got 23 mins in and had such a bad stitch (not had that before either!). So annoying!
I slowed right down too and did some breathing but it was so painful. 😩😩

I used to have lots of bother with stitch & learnt a good trick on this forum. If you take a big breath in and breathe out really sharply with a breathy “ ha” noise a few times, it significantly reduces the stitch or makes it go away - I combined this with slowing down too. - The only down side was startling a dog walker on one occasion! 😂
Where you maybe going too fast or did you go out after a meal if not just try again . Next time you'll be fine 😊
