Does anyone else think it's all in the mind? I've completed W7, running 25 minutes 3 times, now I'm struggling with W8. Every time I attempt 28 mins, I manage about 10 mins and just feel like I can't go on and end up just walking. 😐

Mind over matter
Yes I think you are right - and the good thing about that is that it means your body can do it but you might need to trick it into performing
How about telling it “just one more minute “ after you get to that ten minute point? And giving yourself permission to stop anytime you like
After all you know you can do 27 m so what’s one more minute?
Another day and you might feel more energetic
Remember why you started out ? Think about those goals again and how you feel when you get to lovely week 9 - it’s really close now - you can do it
Good luck 😉
Definitely, I've just done W7 and I experienced 1 very long and 2 ok runs even though I ran for the same length of time and near enough the same distance.
Firstly congratulations on making it so far! Sounds like a case of the toxic 10s to me 😜

I would suggest a longer warm up and include some dynamic stretching. Many runners suffer from this. I do a lot on my 5ks but i deal with it by warming up for longer.
There maybe other reasons but that's the first that springs to mind.
