If you want to repeat any runs or week's in C25K that is fine, congratulations on getting to week 4, no harm in rerunning it.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and you might find the link to the post about mental approach helpful.

Enjoy your journey.

During W5R2, I wimped out and walked a few steps in the middle of the first 8-minute run. I did manage to complete the second 8-minute run without much trouble, but because of that first-run "failure," I decided to repeat W5R2 (just the one day) before moving on to W5R3, which I did complete successfully today. There's no harm (or shame!) in repeating a run or even an entire week as many times as needed until you feel ready to move on.

Hi Golfer1953 well done on running week 4. There is no harm in repeating runs. I did 8 x week 3 runs before moving onto wk4 this week and I feel certain I would have really struggled if I hadn’t. It’s your personal journey, progress it in a way that suits you.
