Hi all! I’m Katie and I’ve just started couch to 5k after many months of thinking about it. There’s something inspiring about a bit of sunshine...!

I recently relocated from London to Dorset, I have miles and miles of beautiful countryside at my disposal!

Biggest hurdle is yourself, so many times I've thought I really cant do this run tonight but got out and did it. Keep it going!
