Finished! Wow, I’m sweating so much! I’ve noticed I’m running lesss distance on this week? Is that normal? The 3 min runs are killing me, but I feel a lot better and consistent with my pace! Thanks for the support guys

Hi Chloe, I posted the same thing a week or so ago. I think it’s normal as I was told it’s all about pacing yourself and running continually for 30 mins rather than distance which comes later. Hope that helps x

You run for the same duration in W3 as you did in the previous week, but you walk for less........

Great job. Don’t give distance and pace a second thought... you’re doing well, the time to think about them is after week 9. Enjoy run 3.
