It's been an age since I posted but I still come on here for motivation and inspiration. You guys have never been far from my thoughts. As I have been where you are now. 14 months ago I started this programme and today I completed the Coventry Half Marathon l. Was it tough course it was. Did I want to walk at times yes I did. Did I want to quit - no I did not. Just keep ticking over as you will get a new burst of energy. It was an amazing day and has been an amazing journey. I just want you all to think about why you are doing this and all the benefits. Seriously life changing. Keep it going and never give up
