W8R2 in the bag. Does anyone else keep a visual reminder of how many runs they’ve completed?!!!

Back in February there was only one solitary candle (representing W1R1 and viewed with a slightly anxious heart!!) in my upcycled advent/C25K calendar. I can’t quite believe how the runs have built up - and how rewarding it has been to see the number grow. I certainly hadn’t considered I would succeed beyond W8R3 - might have to invest in a silver candelabra for next week’s gala runs... 😉!!!

Ah thanks! I was going to just use Post It notes... but as we were putting the Christmas decorations up the loft I was like... ‘🤨... hold on a moment...!’ X

My visual reminder is the weight and inches coming off my body 😂

That’s brilliant! I’d say for 8-3, 9-1 and 9-2 just wedge the candles in between (but be careful) and after 9-3 have a great big bonfire!
