Whoop I did it! Graduation run done ✅ 🏃🏼‍♀️🥳

Decided to complete my final run in the beautiful Bushy Park, in a bid to take my mind off my rather achey limbs - and to some extent it must have worked as I finished on a high and even managed a 5k pb of 26:41 in my 30minute run! Can’t quite believe that this 54yr old complete non runner has become a runner! Thank you for all your support over the past 9 weeks 😊
