I use this for working out on my home multi gym. Amazing I will use yours tonight and see which ones I end up tapping the heart like button too on my Apple Watch ⌚️ hahah to add to songs list playlist. Not sure if their is a specific one for the job haha

I am not going to lie-this 80’s indie pop playlist made me a little depressed during my work out last night so none were liked and I had to stop it.
I found for working out and lifting at least this play list certainly G-ed me up more.

RR I am just back from a short run and your playlist was great! I wasn’t really in the mood to run and everything felt wrong, but these tracks were just what I needed today. I had it on random (sorry: I can’t seem to figure how to turn random off!) and Chelsea daggers came on just as I was flagging and was the perfect tempo to help me up my pace. Rescued a ‘meh’ run 👍
