It wasn’t pretty. It involved a short sprint to get away from a particularly agitated goose. But I’ve done it. Week 9 is in the bag. Overjoyed. This programme is incredible and I’m so glad I joined the support forums. You guys have inspired me to keep at it and ultimately change my life. You are all awesome. Keep going and you can do this.
As for what’s next, I don’t know! I’m happy to just consolidate for a while and putter along for 30 mins. You never know what’s around the corner though 😅

Congratulations....I graduated last week and have stuck to the 30 min runs to consolidate so far..... it has got easier to complete the 30 mins and pace has increased
