Week 9 Run 3 completed, so happy and amazed at what ive achieved... im at 4km for 30 mins running but hopefully will get quicker as I get stronger and lose some more pounds... I needed to and that's why I started c25k... blood pressure much lower... more energy.. and lost 10 lbs so far... I'm determined to run at least three times a week from now on π»πΎπΎ

Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
This guide to post C25K running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so proud keep it up ππππππ
Thankyou all for the very kind and helpful replys, i will consolidate over the next few weeks and just enjoy running at a pace that suits me... there's plenty of time for making plans... ie 10k... I'm enjoying the exercise after years of inactivity ... thanks
Well done thatβs awesome π
Well done for doing C25K I'm on W6R3 which I'm doing Saturday. You should keep to your pace and you should start to be faster as I'm told by my club leaders.
Congrats...I still ran a similar time as you. I switched over to Parkrun and complete the 5k anywhere between 35 - 37 minutes. I have now stopped focusing on increasing my speed as i realise i will never be one of those that can be at the front pack. My goal to run 5k has been completed and i will now work up to 10k....i am now not fussed in how long it takes. It just feels good to be out there and finally considering yourself to be a 'runner'.
Congratulations! Welcome to the 4k club, thatβs what many of us achieve on graduation. Keep running. ππ»ππ»πΎπ₯πππ₯³
Iβm so happy for you! Well done π πͺπ
