quick question, i am wk6r2. And now i am getting interested in how far I am going in what time. Todays run was 4.54km at 35:53. This included the 5 mins warm up and warm down. (yes i am pretty slow) My question is do you include your 5 mins on each side when doing this?

If you want to know how far you travelled for the entire workout, then measure your warmup and cool down as well.

If you want to know how far you ran , just measure the running.

i get that, i guess when you get to week 9 of c25k you just measure the 30 mins to see how far you go in that time?

Yes, if that is the timing you want.

Slow is good that what gets is to the end of each run well done 😊

Personally I only measure my running... others do the whole session... whatever floats your boat really!

Pace and distance don’t really matter much, so don’t dwell on them, just have a peek and be happy with the run.

I just measure the run on my fitbit... though mentally I keep telling myself I DID manage a 5k on graduation with warm up and cool down. 😂
