Am calling my Consolidation weeks 10, 11 and 12 and trying to continue the routine of 3 times a week, today the run was very wet underfoot but not cold and great to be able to get out early in daylight!
I managed 4.45 kms in 36 mins, felt very sluggish but did it, home by 9am for overnight oats with forest fruits, my favourite after run breakfast!
I passed this magnificent magnolia which lifted the spirits on the dullest, greyest of mornings.

Beautiful magnolia tree...and such a great idea to carry on with calling the weeks 10,11,12 etc. May have to pinch that idea (when I get to graduate) I’m an early runner too and best start to the day then back for a nice healthy breakfast. Good luck with your next run.
