Just got back from my last run 😅😅 according to my Fitbit I managed to cover 5.1km in 41mins. It wasn't my fastest run either so I'm thinking my warm up & cool down walks were faster than usual. I'm not fussed about going onto 10k so think I'll spend a few weeks consolidating runs and then carry on running 3x a week maybe adding the 10% increase in time every couple after that. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
