Had a wisdon tooth out a couple of weeks ago. Had issues with pain relief so.now off sick with pills that cause drowsiness. Been told to keep myself busy and distracted. Had a painful run last week due to the air hitting the socket. It was then I realised the socket was now 'dry' Did run 1 of week 8 on the way back from slimming club yesterday. Not as painful and a welcome few minutes alone and with something other than pain to focus on. So I am still on target for Heaton Park on 16th March. Not looking forward to inclines though. I would love to go out for a run today... but will stick to walking.

Extractions are awful, take it easy and look after yourself. Glad a little run has taken your mind off it for a bit. Rfc x
