Hi there, I finished W2 some weeks back, then stopped. Just completed W1R1 again, to Laura's soothing and empathetic voice, and am aiming to get to 5K this time. I'm almost 55, walk a lot, but need an extra boost...and this challenge!

Well done for having another go. Took me at least 3 false starts before I completed the programme (which I've just done in the last week), I think Laura's the reason I got through this time. Keep going you can do this

It's great that you've come back to it again. Stick with it - the weather is only going to get better now that spring is here so there's no excuse! It's an amazing feeling when you complete the programme, and well worth every huff and puff! I've just come back after a break of only a couple of months, through injury and illness. Maybe we can spur each other on 😉
