Personal messages, A rogue member is being annoying. Please help us to sort it out.

There is a rouge member who is messaging women on our forum, asking them personal information. As soon as Healthunlocked get the heads up they are on the case. This one bypasses the admins on here because of personal data issues, so please report anything you are uncomfortable with. We think it is one person signing up multiple times and we are doing all we can to sort this out.

If you get a personal message you are uncomfortable with report it. If you have never messaged with the person before there is a very distinct box at the top of the message to report.

If you have messaged with the person there are three little dots to the bottom right of the message and you can report it there.

We put these messages out every now and then because as admins we don’t get a report of abuse from the messages they go directly to Healthunlocked but due to privacy issues they can not act unless a report has been made.

Basically you have to invite them to look at the message and then deal with it.

It is very rare it is needed but just to let you know it is always there.

Hehe, thank you, sometimes I have to get these messages up as soon as possible and miss things. Took me ages to work it out as well 🤪. Got to love a dyslexic brain 😀.
