just completed my first park run this morning in a time of 26 minutes 48 secs, feels so good never thought i would dare just turn up on my own and run. All thanks to the confidence i have from completing C25K.

Congratulations on completing your first 5k Parkrun in a excellent sub 30 minute time of 26.48. They say that running with others makes you run faster than on your own, I assume that time is a PB. 😊
