When biking me and my friends have always followed the mantra "you only get wet once". The idea being that if it rains, you get wet, and once your wet, that's it, your wet. No need to worry about the rain anymore.
With that in mind, I set out on W5R2 in the pouring rain. That first 5minute warm up walk was horrendous, but once I started the first 8minute run I totally forgot about the weather, and just enjoyed the run.
That's right... I actually enjoyed running.
Really looking forward to getting rid of the walking break on my next run, albeit a little apprehensive about running a full 20mins. It really does look like quite the challenge, but then running for 1min seemed unlikely 5weeks ago. Now look at me go!!🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
