Probably felt the best Iโve been before my run tonight. So me being me obviously I ran the first 10 minutes a bit too fast ๐! Suffered at the start of the second 10 minutes but once I got back into a stride was fair galloping along by the end ๐! Just goes to show how much the programme strengthens you to be able to keep going ๐

Great run. Not that Iโd recommend going off too fast... you suffered, you realised, you changed it and recovered... adjusting in the hoof demonstrates your running mind is advancing as well as those running legs. Enjoy run 3... you got this now.
