Yes, just yesterday I was running a little around a part of a 5k parkrun in Dunfermline, but that is about 20 miles from where I live, I will redo C25K very soon now, however, it will be as last year on a Wednesday Saturday and Monday, the first Monday I will start with week 2, the Wednesday will be week 3 and so on, I'll have Laura with me this time. Hope you're looking forward to Saturdays Parkrun. 😊 🏃
